Unleash your creativity and enjoy a relaxing hands-on experience in our Couple Vase Pottery Workshop, hosted by Mindful Atelier Ceramics in Holt.
In this beginner-friendly pottery workshop, you’ll create your own charming pair of character vases using simple hand-building techniques. No pottery wheel or previous experience is required—just your hands, imagination, and a love for creating something unique.

Working with clay is not only a wonderful way to explore your creativity, but also a calming and mindful experience. Take some time away from the everyday, slow down, and enjoy making something completely by hand.
What you’ll do
During the workshop, you’ll learn how to hand-build two individual vases designed as a pair. You can give your couple their own personalities by experimenting with different shapes, faces, hairstyles, clothing, patterns, textures, and decorative details.
Once your vases are complete, you’ll bring them to life with colourful underglazes, creating a one-of-a-kind couple that reflects your own style and imagination.

Workshop details
📍 Location: Holt
👥 Level: Beginner – all levels welcome
⏳ Duration: 2 hours (includes 10 minutes for cleaning)

Collection
Your finished couple vases will be glazed and fired after the workshop and will be ready to collect approximately 2–3 weeks after your class.
