About this Event

**You must be within 180 days of your EAS and be TRS Complete**

Capstone Review must be completed NET 180 days from EAS and NLT 120 days from EAS. Please ensure you have all CRS documents completed for your appointment. Please reference list below to determine required documentation based on your tier.

TIER LEVEL 1

1. Self-Assessment / ITP

2. Current CO/Designee Email Address

3. Proof of eBenefits Registration

4. Sign eForm

5. CRS for chosen and completed track:

Employment: Completed Resume or Verification of Employment
Vocational Training: Comparison of Technical Schools
Education: Comparison of Colleges/Universities
Entrepreneurship: None

TIER'S LEVEL 2 & 3

1. Self-Assessment / ITP

2. Gap Analysis or Verification of Employment

3. Criterion based post-separation financial plan

4. Current CO/Designee Email Address

5. Proof of eBenefits Registration

6. Sign eForm

7. CRS for chosen track

ADSEP, MEDSEP, or 30 day EAS may complete their capstone review appointment as a "walk in" at Mainside Center, BLDG 1101, Tue - Fri between 0800 - 1400.

You are required to have all capstone review documents in hand and completed prior to speaking with an advisor (please reference list above). Additionally, MEDSEP/ADSEP are REQUIRED to have the following in order to be seen:

MEDSEP - Must have letter/notification from PEBLO/Case Manager

ADSEP - Must have official intent to separate notification from Command
