About this Event
Join the Mississippi Artificial Intelligence Network (MAIN) and Microsoft for a free, full-day, in-person AI workshop hosted by Mississippi State University and powered by OZ Digital Consulting.
Built for public-sector leaders across Mississippi, this interactive workshop combines practical learning and labs using Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft’s broader suite of AI tools. Explore how AI can support everyday work, build apps and agents, automate tasks, and help your organization plan for responsible adoption.
The program includes a keynote on the AI opportunity for Mississippi, followed by sessions on Copilot, security, trust, and the people, processes, and technology needed to put AI to work.
Attendees will work toward leaving with:
- Practical Copilot skills they can use the next morning.
- A working agent they build themselves.
- A clearer understanding of where Copilot and Foundry fit into their organization’s next 12 months.
- Connections with the MAIN community, Microsoft specialists, and representatives from OZ Digital.
Check-in begins at 8:00 a.m., and the program begins at 8:30 a.m. The event concludes at 4:30 p.m. All times are Central.
