REQUIREMENTS TO RECEIVE DIAPERSPlease bring a birth certificate or Medicaid card for each child four(4) years old or under whose parent/guardian requests diapers and wipes for that child from Magnolia Church. These cards will be required to prove the age of the child. No child will be given diapers and wipes without this identification proof.

Los padres de familia / tutores legales deben presentar el acta certificada de nacimiento o la tarjeta de Medicaid de cada niño/a de cuatro (4) años o menos al solicitar pañales y toallitas para su(s) hijo(s) en la Iglesia Magnolia. Estas tarjetas serán necesarias para demostrar la edad del/de la niño/a. No se entregarán pañales ni toallitas sin esta prueba de identificación de cada niño/a.
