FOUR HORSEMEN COMICS & GAMING - MORGANTOWNEVENT INFO
-Entry Fee: $5
-Format: Standard
-REL: Regular
-Pairing Method: Swiss
Standard uses cards from the most recently released Magic sets making collecting them for your decks easy! It’s a great format to hone your deck-building skills and play against friends at home or at your local game store.
Standard games are one-on-one with a 60 card minimum for the main deck (up to 15 card sideboard). Winner is determined either by best of one, or best of three games. These games should last standard length for a game (about 20 minutes on average).
Each year, new Magic sets are released and added to Standard. Once per year, after the fall set Prerelease, the four oldest sets in Standard rotate out.
PRIZING
Players will receive a promo card for participation. Players who finish in the Top 8 will receive an additional promo card, while the event winner receives an exclusive promo. All entries added back into a store credit prize pool to be distributed to top finishers.
