This session is a charity fundraising event for Maggie's Northampton. All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Maggie's to provide support & resources to those undergoing treatment for cancer and their loved ones.
Please be aware this venue is not accessible for those with mobility issues. I'm very sorry!
The studio is located on the third floor and there is no lift.
Session suitable for ages 12 and up; children must be able to remain quiet and still throughout the entirety of the session.
In this unique session, guests are gently suspended in aerial yoga slings while enveloped in soothing tones from gongs, crystal bowls, and other resonant instruments. The combination of weightless suspension and immersive sound allows your body to release tension deeply, your mind to quiet, and your nervous system to fully reset.
Note- this is a sound bath only session.
Feel a profound sense of lightness, as if your worries are lifted with every vibration. This is not just a sound bath — it’s a total body and mind elevation, creating space for balance, clarity, and inner calm.
