Celebrate the launch of a new Alaska Native children’s magazine! Yaaruin Kids is full of games, puzzles, and cultural learning adventures rooted in language, story, and belonging, just right for children and families who want to learn more about Alaska Native languages, cultures, and people. Join us in the children’s room to try out some activities from the magazine, explore the first issue, and meet some of the special contributors to the magazine. There will also be a storytelling in the storytheater.
This event is aimed at children aged 7 and older, but all are welcome.
