Well, it's that time of year again. The Madonna Learning Center Trunk or Treat is just around the corner and I plan to set up a Memphis Ghostbusters "trunk" again this year. It will take place in their gymnasium Tuesday, October 27th from 5:30 - 7:00pm. Tables have to be set up by 5:15. We were a big hit last year. Drew Smith and I had a blast.Madonna Learning Center is a school for children and adults with special needs. This is the school my daughter graduated high-school from and is currently attending the adult program.
I welcome any of you that would like to join in the festivities, but I know the time is not great for those with normal work hours.
I have plenty of props and such to decorate a table and will be supplying all the treats for the trick-or-treaters. I will bring my toss the ghost into the trap game, and hopefully will have a toss "food" into Slimer's mouth game to add this year. It would be nice to have a small team present. I'm thinking about 4 including myself.
If any of you are free that early evening and interested in joining me please reach out. No worries if ya can't. I am prepared to do it solo.
Last year there was another small group, led by the brother of one of the students, that did a Ghostbusters themed table and I will probably reach out to him to see if they plan to do similar this year and invite them to merge with our table if they would like.
