Taking inspiration from her Pacific Northwest and Irish roots, Madóc (she/they) is a Boston-based queer artist who poetically blends the styles of folk and indie pop with Celtic storytelling to create an artistic world of their own. In the summer of 2023, Madóc taught herself to play guitar. Since then, they have independently released their 2025 debut EP 'Adrenaline Demos’ and completed a 13 show West Coast tour. With influence from Dolores O’Riordan of The Cranberries, Maggie Rogers and Chappell Roan, Madóc uses her powerful vocals and tender lyrics of self-care to create songs that bring listeners into the truths of their rawest selves. She is best known for her striking performances that are both intimate and explosive.
Supporting Madóc is musical powerhouse and friend, Prophet PM with his band. Prophet PM is a Boston-based artist known for his soulful vocals that move mountains and make memories from his electric personality and performance. He recently went viral for his 2026 Somerville Porchfest set that showed exactly this. Prophet PM is a beloved local artist in the Boston scene and was named a finalist for The Art of Elysium’s “The People’s Artist” in 2026. His influences are Marvin Gaye, Otis Redding, Bon Iver, Bill Withers and RIchie Havens.
Both Madóc and Prophet PM are educators and active community members in the greater Boston area. In the spirit of “Cake,” they will be collecting donations for the Cambridge Community Center Food & Supply Pantry throughout the show!
