Join us for Madisyn's 10th Annual Shoebox Scramble on Saturday, October 10th at Binder Park Golf Course, with a 10:00am shotgun start. Registration will start at 9:00am.Rewind to 11 years ago... Madisyn was 4yrs old and wanted to pack 100 shoeboxes by herself. Mom and dad couldn’t say no to that, and so many others who jumped on board to fill over 500 boxes. Little did we know that it would become “a thing” she wanted to do each year.
Madisyn's goal is to pack 1,000 shoeboxes in 2026 with the help of friends, family and those in our community. $10,000 is required JUST to cover the shipping costs this year, not including additional items we might need for the boxes themselves. Madisyn's goal is to hit $20,000 in 2026 between sponsorships and the money raised at the golf outing.
The Shoebox Scramble raises money each year to cover the shipping costs for the shoeboxes that are packed and shipped to boys and girls around the world. These children may be in war torn areas, orphaned or deprived areas around the world. Each box is filled with everyday items we take for granted, school supplies, small toys, crafts and a soft stuffed animal to love on.
To date... Madisyn has packed 13,000 shoeboxes in the last 10 years and raised 100% of the shipping costs for each of those boxes at $10 each. Thanks to many friends and family members, and small businesses in our community.
