Keep the Mad Rad -- Mad River Clean UpJoin the Trout Unlimited Mad River Chapter and community partners for our annual Mad River Cleanup!
Last year, over 30 volunteers and 10 partner organizations came together to make a huge impact. Thanks to their hard work, plus support from local businesses and Nocterra Brewing Co., the river corridor is healthier and cleaner for everyone to enjoy.
This year, we’re aiming even higher—with more volunteers, more community support, and an even greater impact for the Mad River watershed.
Why It Matters
The Mad River is a special place for fishing, recreation, and wildlife. Unfortunately, litter and debris threaten its health. By joining forces, we can protect water quality, restore habitat, and keep this resource thriving for generations to come.
How You Can Help
We’re looking for both volunteers and sponsors/partners. Contributions of time, supplies, or resources will go a long way. Here are some ways to support:
Show up and help pick up trash.
Donate or provide supplies: heavy-duty trash bags, gloves, hi-vis vests, first aid kits
Provide water, snacks, or discounted meals for volunteers
Offer truck beds for transporting trash
Share the event on social media and within your networks
Join us in person and bring a friend!
