- Your ticket saved in the POSH app or wallet on your phone

### **REFUND POLICY**

- **Before October 19th:**
- Submit a refund request on the POSH platform. Any platform or processing fees charged by POSH are non-refundable. Read more about the refund process [HERE](https://support.posh.vip/en/articles/10723777-how-to-request-ticket-refunds).
- **After October 19th (waitlist goes into effect):**
- If another attendee buys your returned ticket → **Refund issued automatically** (minus fees).
- If no one buys it before the event starts, → The ticket stays in your account and **no refund** is given.
- You can still use your ticket if it wasn’t resold.
- Ticket transfers must be completed by 24 hours before the event.
