About this Event
As the Wheel turns towards autumn, you are warmly invited to Harvest of the Heart a full-day Mabon and Harvest Full Moon retreat created to help you slow down, reconnect and honour everything you have cultivated this year. 🌾🌕 Mabon marks the Autumn Equinox, a sacred pause when light and darkness return to balance.
It is a time to gather the fruits of our journey, give thanks for what has grown and gently release what we no longer wish to carry into the season ahead. Held in a beautiful private nature-based wellness sanctuary, this day is for the heart and soul for those seeking grounding, release, connection and a return to what is simple and real.

🤎Luna will guide the ceremonial cacao, cacao preparation, forest bathing, meditation and fire circle.
🧘♀️🌹Gillian will guide yoga and somatic movement.
🧶Crochet & Reiki
Guided by Claire, we will slow down and work with our hands in a gentle Crochet Reiki Circle. As we crochet, we will weave our intentions, prayers and experiences from the day into every stitch, allowing creativity and Reiki energy to support our integration. No previous Crochet ( no experience needed)

Crochet materials, seasonal lunch and access to the private sauna, cold plunge and river. All activities, including cold-water immersion, are optional.
Please let us know in advance about any health conditions, pregnancy, allergies, dietary requirements or medications relevant to cacao, sauna or cold-water practices. Come exactly as you are, with an open heart and a willingness to slow down.
