Why it matters: CHES is a statewide survey from the Massachusetts Department of Public Health about the things that shape our health, like housing, food, safety, and mental health. Funding and programs follow the data, and we want to make sure the North End is counted.
Things to know:
- Space is limited to 50 people, and registration is required (one form per person)
- Registration and on-site help are available in English and Spanish
- The survey takes about 15 to 30 minutes on a library computer, and our team will be there to help
- The survey is anonymous and not connected to any benefits or immigration system
- Open to anyone age 12 and older
