✨ LÉGÉRETÉ TWO DAY IMMERSIVE TRAINING CAMP ✨
📍 Park End Equestrian, Northumberland
📅 15th & 16th May 2027
£300 per person
I’m really excited to be offering this two-day Training Camp, for riders who want to develop a deeper understanding of classical training, improve their own position and body awareness, and create better balance, communication and movement with their horse.
My approach to teaching is centred around helping both horse and rider become more balanced, coordinated and comfortable in their bodies and movement.
Through my Sit Well Method programme, I work with riders to develop greater awareness of their own body, improve alignment and straightness, and understand how the rider’s body influences the horse.
This camp brings those ideas together with the principles of Légèreté and classical riding, creating an opportunity to really explore the details, ask questions and put the theory into practice.
There will be four lessons over the two days, including a mixture of private and shared lessons.
These will include:
• A private lesson, giving you the opportunity to work specifically on your own and your horse’s needs.
• Shared lessons, allowing us to explore exercises together and learn from watching and supporting one another.
• In-hand exercises to help you understand ways of helping your horse from the ground.
• A fun riding various exercises in formation session bringing everything together in a relaxed and enjoyable way while developing accuracy, coordination and awareness.
Rider Performance Exercise Classes
We’ll also have two Rider Performance Exercise Classes, based around elements of my Sit Well Method.
These sessions will include rider assessments and practical exercises designed to help you:
✨ Ride straighter
✨ Develop better balance
✨ Improve your body awareness
✨ Understand how your own alignment and movement affect your horse
✨ Develop greater coordination and feel in the saddle
The aim is to help you understand your own body and how you can use it more effectively.
There will be plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion, Q&A and theory, so we can really explore the why behind what we are doing.
The camp is open to all levels of riders and all types of horses, and you don’t need to have previous experience of Légèreté.
Most importantly, I want this to be a friendly, supportive and relaxed environment, surrounded by like-minded people who are wanting to learn and develop their relationship with their horse.
Included in the £300 per person:
🐴 4 lessons – private & shared
🧘‍♀️ 2 Rider Performance Exercise Classes
📚 Q&A and theory sessions
🐎 In-hand work session

🏡 2 nights’ stabling
