NEW LYRICAL YIN YOGA CLASS!

We will keep the focus on long and passive postures.

You will discover strength in vulnerability, power in stillness, balance between masculine and feminine.

The class will be held in our indoor Shala (but weather permitting, we will hold the class on our private Rooftop at Blaumeer Yoga).

For all levels, Spanish/English.

Bring your own mat or you can rent one.
