Lyra Flow Lab is a 4-week lyra series where we build a flow sequence/ choreo, (depending on how you want to use it ) together, session by session. Week 1: We lay the foundation. Everyone brings ideas — the moves you love, the transitions you want to work on, the moments you want in your routine. We'll gather it all and start spotting what naturally connects.
Week 2: We start layering. Taking what the group brought in, we begin linking moves into sequence — finding the bridges, filling gaps, and shaping the raw material into something that flows.
Week 3: We bring in music. The sequence gets tested against sound , what feels right, what needs adjusting, how timing changes the shape of a move.
Week 4: We run it clean. Full run-throughs, final tweaks, and for anyone performing , getting soiree-ready.
No performance experience needed
This is open to anyone who wants to explore flow and be part of building something as a group. If you'd like to take what we create and perform it at the Winter Soiree, it’s encouraged!
However there's no obligation. Come for the community, the movement, or both.
This four week series rungs Mondays, November 23rd-December 14th 7:00-8:00pm.
This class is $110 or 20 class tokens for all four weeks, and is included on all Unlimited Passes.
