⭕Lymphatic massage is a very gentle , rhythmic style of massage that mimics the action of the Lymphatic system.
⭕It is used to enhance the immune system, reduce pain and oedema and improve the appearance and health of the skin
⭕ Effective in treatment of conditions such a Fibromyalgia , Lymes disease , Oedema and for recovery from surgery ( including cosmetic surgery)
⭕ LDM is deeply relaxing making is very effective for clients with stress and anxiety.
LDM helps to speed the healing of injuries and reduce scar tissue making is an ideal choice for sports injuries and for those recovering from surgery.
⭕Lymphatic Drainage Massage techniques can be used in conjunction with many other therapies including sports massage, deep tissue massage and reflexology.

🔹️Explanation,demonstration and practice full body lymphatic drainage massage routine
🔹️Side Affects to LDM
🔹️Aftercare and Homecare advice for clients
🔹️Selfcare , SLD Self Massage , Breathwork and Dry Brushing
*This training does NOT qualify the therapist to work with clients who have had Lymphatic nodes removed , those affected by Cancer or for those with Lymphoedema ( please see Foldi or Vodder training centres for such trainings)
