Lunchtime Reset: Community Ear Acupuncture
Running between 12pm and 2pm, you'll book a dedicated arrival time and enjoy a peaceful group setting where everyone receives ear acupuncture together. You'll share the room with others, but the atmosphere remains calm and quiet, allowing you time to rest while receiving treatment.
Ear acupuncture is a simple yet effective treatment that may help to:

There's no need to remove any clothing, making it the perfect treatment to fit into your lunch break before returning to the rest of your day feeling calmer and more refreshed.
How it works:
- Book your session online.
- Complete a short health questionnaire before you attend so I can identify any individual considerations.
- You’ll receive a link to a sign-up sheet to specify your arrival time within the 12pm–2pm session.
- Arrive, relax, receive your treatment, and enjoy around 30–40 minutes of peaceful rest.
