Emergency Preparedness at UC: What We Learned and What Comes Next
Tuesday, October 6 | 12:00 noon
Paul Cadario Conference Centre
Over the summer, we commissioned an Emergency Preparedness Audit of University College to look at how prepared we are to respond to emergencies across our buildings and operations — what’s working, where there are gaps, and what we can do better.
I’m very pleased that Dom Baldasaro, MDEM, Emergency Preparedness Consultant, who undertook the review, will be joining us to share her findings and recommendations and talk about what they mean for UC.
This won't simply be a presentation: there will be time for questions and discussion, and I hope it will give all of us a better understanding of what we should know and do when something unexpected happens at the College.
And, because apparently one should not relaunch something called a Lunch & Learn without addressing the first half of the proposition, lunch will be provided.
