A FREE More Than Therapy Lunch & Learn
Mindfulness, Meditation, and Spirituality in SUD & SMI Recovery
Healing is more than symptom reduction. It's about connection, meaning, resilience, and the whole person.
Join More Than Therapy on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at 12:00 PM for an engaging, interactive, and thought-provoking professional development experience exploring how the mind, body, and soul intersect in behavioral health treatment.
Facilitated by Tameka Brooks, LCSW, and Felipe Blue, LCMHC, LCAS, CCS, this training explores the integration of mindfulness, meditation, somatic awareness, and spirituality in supporting individuals experiencing substance use disorders (SUD) and serious mental illness (SMI).
Whether you are a mental health professional, addiction counselor, clinical supervisor, or behavioral health practitioner, this Lunch & Learn offers an opportunity to expand your clinical toolbox while connecting with fellow professionals.
And yes—lunch is on us! Enjoy a complimentary catered meal from Boriqua Soul.
