Under the graceful, relational energy of the Libra New Moon, we explore the sacred art of balance, giving and receiving, speaking and listening, holding on and letting go.

A 2-hour journey of:
⚖️ Lunar Wisdom – what the Libra New Moon means for your relationships, your boundaries, and your sense of self-worth
⚖️ Guided Meditation – a balancing practice to connect with your own harmony and release the weight of people-pleasing
⚖️ Group Reiki Bath – deep energy healing to release self-sacrifice and anchor a sense of healthy reciprocity
⚖️ Sound Bath Integration – crystal singing bowls and gentle instruments to sing balance into your bones
📓 Please bring a journal and pen – there will be time to reflect on where you give too much and where you're ready to receive.

🌿 WHAT TO EXPECT
This is a gentle, nurturing space. You'll be lying down for most of the session – Reiki and sound bath are received in a comfortable, supported position. No experience necessary. All welcome.
Come as you are. Leave feeling more centred, more clear, and more at peace.
