There is something sacred about gathering beneath the energy of a Full Moon. A moment to slow down, surrender what no longer serves us, honor how far we've come, and make space for everything our souls are ready to receive.
LUNAR AWAKENING™ is an intimate, soul-nourishing ceremony designed to reconnect you with your inner wisdom, awaken your energy, and bring you into harmony with the rhythms of the universe.
Each month, we gather in sacred community to honor the unique spiritual themes and intentions associated with that month's Full Moon. No two ceremonies will be exactly alike, because just as the moon moves through its cycles, so do we.

🌕 Full Moon Intentions & Sacred Reflection
We begin by exploring the spiritual significance of the month's Full Moon, reflecting on what we are being invited to release, embrace, and manifest. Through guided intention setting, we create space for clarity, gratitude, and renewal.
🤎 Sacred Cacao Ceremony
With open hearts and mindful intention, we share ceremonial cacao, honoring its ancient traditions as a sacred plant medicine and symbol of connection, gratitude, and love. Allow this beautiful ritual to invite you into a deeper relationship with yourself.
💧 The Sacred Release | A Water Ritual of Surrender
Water has long symbolized purification, renewal, and the beautiful art of letting go.
In this deeply personal ritual, you will be invited to write down what your soul is ready to release. Perhaps it is a fear, an old belief, an emotional burden, a relationship with the past, or simply something you no longer wish to carry.
One by one, we will gently place our written intentions into a sacred bowl of water, allowing them to float freely upon its surface.
As the water receives our words, we symbolically surrender what no longer belongs to us, trusting that we can release with love rather than resistance.
What we release creates space for what we are ready to receive.
✨ Kundalini Activation Breathwork
Through guided, Kundalini-inspired breathwork, we awaken our awareness, explore the movement of energy within the body, and invite a deeper sense of presence and emotional release.

Finally, surrender into an extended, deeply restorative sound journey. Wrapped in the healing atmosphere of resonant instruments and soothing vibrations, allow yourself to rest, integrate your intentions, and simply be.

Preparing for Your Ceremony
Please bring your own yoga mat, or rent one at ZenVida for $5 plus tax.
A comfortable cushioned mat will be provided to layer over your yoga mat for additional comfort during your sound journey.
Bring your favorite eye mask to deepen your experience. Eye masks will also be available for purchase at our ZenVida Boho Boutique.
Wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an open heart.
