What to Expect:
MOVE & RELEASE: Run and Stretch with Oli
We’ll begin by moving together with a community run (5K—all levels and paces welcome), followed by a restorative stretch session back at the studio.
BREATHE: Mini-breathwork session with Amelie
You’ll learn how your breath influences your nervous system and practice simple techniques to shift your body from a state of stress into one of rest and repair.
NOURISH: Breakfast & Holistic Health Talk
Gather at the Yoke Nourish Bar and enjoy a delicious, gut-supporting breakfast bowl and smoothie made by Amelie while we dive into an informal talk and Q&A covering:

• Stress in the Body.
• Back to Basics.
• Gut Health.
Take the Magic Home: Each guest will receive a "Back to Basics" health guide and a take-home recipe for Amelie’s signature granola, so you can continue practicing these rituals of self-love in your own kitchen.
