About this Event
Join us once again under the moonlight for LUNA 🌕
Our monthly recurring Persian sound bath experience, beautifully guided by Elmira Shahzeidi, is designed as a sacred evening to slow down, soften, and reconnect beneath the full moon.
Steeped in the rich, soulful essence of our heritage, LUNA blends guided meditation and immersive sound healing with evocative Persian melodies, timeless poetry, and intentional ritual. It offers a peaceful rooftop sanctuary to release the weight of the month, reset your spirit, and share a beautiful pause from the noise of everyday life with our community.
THE LUNA EXPERIENCE:
🌿 Grounding: Gentle stretching to open the body.
🎶 Soundscape: Crystal bowls blended with Persian melodies.
🌹 Sacred Rituals: Rose water cleansing, flower release, and the burning of sage for protection.
📜 Poetry: Soul-stirring Persian verses to inspire the heart.
🍵 Nourishment: Saffron-infused tea, signature Persian iced tea, and dates.
