Syksyn pimeyteen valoa tuova Lumo-valofestivaali järjestetään tänä vuonna nelipäiväisenä torstaista sunnuntaihin 19.–22.11.2026 joka päivä klo 16-22. Festivaalin teemana on Tuolla puolen – The Other Side. Teosreitillä nähdään 23 teosta taiteilijoilta 13 eri maasta.Ohjelmaan kuuluu lisäksi oheistapahtumia niin keskustassa kuin kaupunginosissa sekä Lumo Menu -tarjouksia Oulun alueen ravintoloissa.
Lumo-valofestivaali on Oulun kaupungin järjestämä maksuton ja kaikille avoin koko perheen tapahtuma. Valofestivaali on osa kymmenpäiväistä Lumo Art & Tech -festivaalia, joka tuo yhteen taiteen ja teknologian kohtaamisia.

Bringing light to the dark autumn season, Lumo Light Festival Oulu will take place over four days from Thursday to Sunday, 19–22 November 2026, daily from 16.00 to 22.00. This year’s theme is The Other Side. The festival route features 23 works by artists from 13 countries.
The programme also includes side events in the city centre and across Oulu’s neighbourhoods, as well as Lumo Menu offers at restaurants in the Oulu area.
Lumo Light Festival is a free, family-friendly event organised by the City of Oulu and open to everyone. The festival is part of the ten-day Lumo Art & Tech Festival, which brings art and technology together.
