VOL 3 Sacred Womb Embodiment November 8

Maybe there is a woman inside you who has never been allowed to speak; maybe she speaks too quietly; maybe she holds too much; maybe she doesn't dance enough...
She is not weak. She knows things your mind has forgotten. She carries the thread of every woman who came before you, her grief, her wisdom, her creative fire, her hunger for something real.
She is your womb. She is your lineage. She is Magdalene.
This November, in the mountains, we gather for a full day of deep feminine work - roots, womb, creativity, constellations, and the sacred lineage of Mary Magdalene.
Not Mary Magdalene as she was diminished. Mary Magdalene as she was - who knew both darkness and resurrection, who carried the mysteries in her hands. Like you, like your grandmothers, mothers, sisters, daughters...
What the day holds:
We open in a sacred circle, on the land, held by the mountains. Each woman names what she is carrying.
We will work with our bodies using powerful somatic techniques, with deep release and healing.
We go into the roots through family constellation work, the maternal lineage, what has been inherited, what is ready to be released. This work does not require you to understand it. It only requires you to arrive. Guided by Noreen, honouring her experience in this work and wonderful calming energy.
We eat together - a shared gourmet vegan meal as a ceremony. Nourishment as act of love for the body. Cooked with love from earthy ingredients.
We will create expressive arts guided by the Magdalene's way of knowing. No skill needed. Only willingness to let the hand speak what the mind cannot. Submerged in the bliss of creation and subconscious worlds. Guided by Anna Grace
We descend into the womb - a full rose ceremony of breathwork, somatic healing, and feminine activation. Lying on the earth (or as close as we can be). Rose. Sound. Presence.
We dance to integrate our experiences, letting our bodies talk.
We close in a circle - sharing what moved us, blessing and releasing what moved us.

If you attended our previous workshops - the flow will be similar, but all the ceremonial, healing pieces are special to every event.

Anna Grace is a multidimensional creatrix, sacred feminine guide, and somatic healer devoted to the liberation, beauty, and wholeness of women.
She weaves together a tapestry of healing arts, womb healing, expressive arts therapy, energy work, polyvagal-informed somatic practices, yoni art therapy, and shamanic journeying to help women reclaim their voice, sensuality, creativity, and divine essence.
She is a trained energy womb practitioner, bodyworker, and spiritual life coach who walks with the wisdom of the Earth and the mystery of the Rose. Her work is deeply trauma-informed and rooted in the nervous system, the womb, and the heart, where true transformation begins.
Through art, breath, ritual, and embodiment, Anna helps women transmute shame, awaken their inner Creatrix, and embody the sacred union of soul and body. She guides clients through journeys of healing ancestral and personal trauma, reconnecting to the feminine temple within, and rewilding their sacred expression.

Noreen is a multidimensional sound healer, Magdalene priestess, teacher, and embodied sacred feminine guide devoted to soul remembrance and holistic restoration to our authentic Selves and feminine gifts.
She weaves together ancient and modern modalities, Usui, Holy Fire®, and Karuna Reiki, Family Constellations, Aromatherapy, Flower Essences, Sound & Acutonics®, Breathwork, and Qi Gong—to guide others into deep healing and alignment.
With over a decade of experience, Noreen holds a trauma-informed, heart-centred space where ancestral patterns, energetic imprints, and somatic memories can gently unravel. Her presence is deeply intuitive, grounded in embodied wisdom and the divine feminine.
Her work is rooted in devotion to the earth, the body, and the soul’s journey home.
As a Family Constellation Facilitator, she brings light to inherited wounds and helps reweave the threads of belonging. As a Magdalene priestess, she invokes the sacred lineage of love, mystery, and feminine resurrection in all she offers.
