On the Move Run Club is about moving through life together — making fitness a priority, building community, challenging ourselves, and finding the time to move even when life feels full. Whether you’re balancing work, family, motherhood, studies, or just trying to figure life out, there’s a place for you here.
We’re here to remind each other that you don’t have to have it all together to show up. You just have to show up!
All ages, all genders and all abilities are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, working towards your first 5K, or just looking for a reason to get out the door, come as you are.
Strollers and little ones are welcome!
