Join us at lululemon on October 1, 2026 at 8:00 AM (Central Time) to honor World Mental Health Day with a relaxing sound bath experience.
This special session will be led by Destin local instructor Elena Gonzalez. Come unwind, recharge, and celebrate mental well-being with soothing sounds in person.
We will host this session on the lawn at Destin Commons. If weather is not in our favor, we will move the class indoors at lululemon.
Please bring a mat or blanket to lay on.
