Join the Dubuque Area Arts Collective for the opening reception of Luck of the Draw, featuring work from 70 regional artists!For Luck of the Draw, each artist is randomly given a playing card — or a wild card from another source — and asked to create an original 11” × 14” piece inspired by the card they receive.
The result is 70 completely different interpretations, all brought together for one show.
