For those who would like an added layer of relaxation, you can now choose a Lucia Light + Craniosacral Therapy session.
Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on therapy that works with the structures and tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord, including the skull and sacrum. Using very light touch, I work with areas of tension and restriction to support the body's natural ability to relax, regulate and restore balance.
During the experience, I use a very gentle touch, including light contact with the head, while you receive the Lucia Light experience. You remain fully clothed throughout the session.
The Lucia Light experience is enhanced with intentionally curated music, selected to complement the light and create an immersive environment for relaxation and exploration.
Lucia Light is often paired with CST to create a deeply relaxing experience that supports nervous system regulation, relaxation and a greater sense of ease within the body.
A beautiful combination for slowing down, relaxing and allowing the experience to unfold.
