It has been a lot of years since I have done a solo show myself, and I am super excited to be performing at The Bassment for an afternoon matinee show Nov 8th at 2pm. This show is going to be a bit of everything that I do, from some of my favorite fiddle tunes, to a whole bunch of my original tunes, and maybe even a couple songs I will sing for you all.
As exciting as that may sound, I am super excited about the musicians I am bringing with me for this show. Cathy Spoule will be tickling the ivory's, while the incomparable Holly Gilroy will be holding down the bass, and making her big stage debut will be my own daughter Emily Welsh on guitar.
As if that wasnt enough, I am also going to have a wonderful youth fiddler Margot Lavergne Ryalls on stage with me as a guest artist.
This is going to be a wonderful afternoon of music that you won't want to miss, so make sure you purchase your tickets online. Presale tickets are the only way venues can gaurantee putting on shows like this, so please get your tickets early to help ensure this show goes ahead.
