As community leaders, staying informed on the major policy choices shaping our state's economy is what we do best. With the general election just days away, Leadership Tallahassee is hosting a critical, non-partisan educational program breaking down Florida Amendment 3 (the Homestead Tax Exemptions, Property Assessments, and Spending Restrictions Amendment). Our featured speakers will deliver an objective analysis of this far-reaching ballot measure—examining its proposed increases to the homestead exemption, changes to non-homestead assessment caps, and the potential structural impacts on local municipal budgets, emergency response, and community public services. Get the facts you need before heading to the polls!
@LeadershipTallahassee Alumni: A Warm Welcome is Needed for Our Special Guests!
Our guests for the luncheon are the Opportunity Tallahassee fall session participants! OT is our intensive, full-day program open to anyone.
These leaders are eager to dive into our community's civic and economic structures. Your presence is vital. By sharing a table, offering a warm welcome, and speaking to the value of your LT experience, you can inspire these high-caliber participants to join our official network.
Let’s pack the room, break down the ballot, and show the Opportunity Tallahassee class the true power of our community!
