Hz Healing is a powerful, purposeful blend of meditation & frequencies played by a set of crystal singing bowls and other instruments. In this Low Frequency practice we are adding a 22in crystal bowl that rings a frequency octaves lower that you will feel just as much as you will hear it. This practice will be focused on our sacral chakras and the healing of stresses from our emotions and our relationships and the Hz Healing frequencies played will offer you deep rest and understanding from the inside out.It is highly recommended that you have attended a previous sound bath and are familiar with how this intense Hz Healing sound will be received.
