This is NOT an invitation to welcome abuse back into our lives nor subject ourselves to harm or disrespect.
This is an opportunity to release the hatred, anger and frustration
that take up space in our bodies and psyches,
that stifles our vibrancy.
This is an invitation to cultivate loving kindness for all beings with intention, so that humanity as a whole
can heal and evolve.
When we can extend loving kindness to all, we
intensify our own vibration.
When we hope for the best even for those whom we are at odds with,
we start to understand that everyone is suffering.
When we see all people as unique expressions of the divine,
we begin to see ourselves in this truth as well.
