Whether it’s with yourself or others, what would it feel like to finally have the relationships you desire and deserve?
I'm assuming you want to experience openness, compassion, and acceptance—to be loved for who you are and to love with your whole being—yet you find yourself guarded, reactive, or afraid to let your heart open.
You see, much of what we call “love” is shaped not by choice, but by protection, conditioning, and survival. We didn’t learn how to Love Awake. We're not taught to create conscious relationships. Instead, we learned how to love with conditions.
Conditions that say I’ll stay if you don’t trigger me. I’ll open if you don’t leave. I’ll be honest if it’s safe. I’ll love you when you do this.
And so love becomes something transactional; it becomes something we manage, negotiate, defend, or perform—rather than something we live from.
The result is disconnected, dysfunctional, or abusive patterns in relationships that seem to be on repeat. And we suffer.
Loving Awake in 2026 is an invitation to shift this at the root.
This workshop explores how to create conscious, grounded, and connected relationships—first with yourself, and then with others—by ending reactive patterns, dissolving inherited relational strategies, and learning how to meet one another from presence rather than protection.
The result is one of the most precious experiences we can have as human beings: conscious, connected relationships that are safe, intimate, caring, compassionate and passionate—where we are truly seen, heard, and loved as we are in our humanness.
Conscious relationships become a place of safety, truth, and shared understanding.

THE WORKSHOP WILL EXPLORE:
❥ Why conflict, shutdown, people-pleasing, and defensiveness are learned survival strategies—not who you are
❥ How to meet your needs and join with another without demanding, collapsing, or abandoning yourself
❥ How to communicate in ways that allow you to feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard—the highest form of love
❥ What it actually means to be “on the same page” —not through agreement, but through presence
❥ How to stay open and connected—even when emotions are running high, or you want to collapse
❥ Why we repeat the same patterns even when we “know better”—and what actually makes healing stick
This work is not about fixing yourself or your relationships. Instead, it’s about rediscovering your essential Self underneath all the patterns and pain and remembering how to relate from that wholeness.
We’ll gently unwind the stories, resentments, and protective narratives that keep deep connection at arm’s length—stories that once kept you safe, but now keep what you truly want just out of reach.
As these layers soften, something else becomes possible:
- Connection without collapse
- Honesty without threat
- Boundaries without separation
- Love without condition
When we learn to meet ourselves with awareness and compassion, our relationships naturally transform. Love stops being something we seek or demand—and becomes something we are.

MEET KELI:
Keli is no stranger to mind, body, and spirit awareness. She first started practicing transcendent meditation at the age of six. Keli has decades of experience working with deep soul work and somatic healing. She is a Certified Transcendent Mantra Meditation Instructor, Conscious Relationship, Uncoupling, and Parenting Coach, as well as a Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator, Mentor and Trainer.
Keli is also a published author, has professionally studied with Gabor Maté. She has spoken alongside Peter Levine and Deepak Chopra. She is the founder of both The Other Side of Average [TOSA] – Therapy for the Soul and the TOSA Method.
Keli has trained, mentored and guided hundreds of breathwork facilitators and organized and supported international breathwork retreats and training events for over seven years.
Keli's commitment to conscious living has allowed her to raise 3 beautiful children with mindfulness, overcome limiting self-concepts, heal her body of disease, accomplish pain-free childbirth, and experience unity consciousness.
With well over 25 years of both meditation and somatic healing experience, her gift is in holding sacred space and helping heart-centered individuals learn and master the three most essential tools that help align you with your soul’s purpose — your essential nature and the truest expression of yourself — all whilst healing and transcending past resentments and stories that have kept you stuck and in pain.
