Created especially for children ages 1–11, with age-appropriate activities for 1–3s and 4–11s.

Waiver, Risk Acknowledgement & Parent/Guardian Consent
This waiver applies to children and young people participating in indoor inflatables, mechanical equipment, games and other physical activities at events organised by Christ Embassy Loveworld Church, including activities provided on our behalf by approved third-party activity providers.
A parent or legal guardian must read and accept this waiver before a child in their care may participate in the relevant activities.
By registering and allowing my child/children to participate, I acknowledge and agree that:
- Parent/guardian supervision: I understand that I am required to remain on site for the duration of the event and am responsible for supervising the child/children in my care.
- Inherent risks: I understand that inflatables, mechanical equipment, games and other physical activities involve inherent risks, including slips, trips, falls, collisions and other accidental injuries. I voluntarily permit the child/children in my care to participate, subject to the event's safety rules and instructions.
- Safety instructions: I will ensure that the child/children in my care follow all instructions given by Christ Embassy Loveworld Church representatives, event staff and activity providers.
- Appropriate clothing: Participants must wear clothing suitable for the activities. Long hair must be securely tied back, and belts, jewellery, sharp objects or other items that could cause injury or damage must be removed before participating.
- Health & Participation: I confirm that, to the best of my knowledge, the child/children in my care are fit and well enough to participate in the activities they choose to take part in. I understand that I am responsible for informing event staff of any relevant medical condition, allergy, additional need or other information that may be necessary for my child’s safe participation.
- Personal belongings: Christ Embassy Loveworld Church cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to clothing, valuables or other personal belongings, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
- Behaviour: All participants are expected to behave responsibly, courteously and respectfully towards staff, volunteers and other participants.
- Right to restrict participation: Christ Embassy Loveworld Church and its authorised activity providers reserve the right to refuse or stop participation where they reasonably believe that a participant's health, behaviour, clothing or failure to follow safety instructions presents a risk to themselves or others.
- CCTV: I acknowledge that CCTV may be in operation within the premises for security, crime prevention and public safety purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
- Liability: Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability arising from negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Parent/Guardian Declaration
By accepting this waiver, I confirm that:
I am the parent/legal guardian of, or have appropriate responsibility for, the child/children I am registering.
I have read and understood the information above and understand the nature of the activities involved.
I consent to the child/children in my care participating in the activities, subject to the safety rules, instructions and restrictions provided by Christ Embassy Loveworld Church and its authorised activity providers.
I understand that I must remain on site and supervise the child/children in my care throughout the event.
I have read, understood and agree to the Waiver, Risk Acknowledgement & Parent/Guardian Consent above.
