Do you long for a safe space to talk to other women about love, s*x and dating?
I have always found groups of women, where I can share my authentic self, so valuable.
I want to create a relaxed space for us to gather and discuss the topics that touch us deeply in life. To be witnessed in our pain and heartbreak and to come back home to the body.
As a somatic coach, I'll guide you through embodiment practices. We'll do practices that move energy, release emotions, ground, open us, connect us to feelings and nourish us.
I'll offer coaching around your problems in love and you'll be heard by the other women too.
Bring your questions, curiosity and willingness to share :) It helps us to all grow!
Herbal tea & snacks are offered. We will honour the Equinox as the first day of Spring:)
