Over ten intentional sessions, we will examine love from every angle: personal, relational, familial, spiritual, and social. We will hold space for stories of survival and healing, including the voices of DV survivors and divorcees, while also engaging artists, chefs, faith leaders, and community builders to help us experience love with all of our senses—what it looks like, tastes like, sounds like, and feels like in real life. Each session builds on the last, moving from foundational definitions of love, to healing past wounds, to manifesting love aligned with our values, passions, and purpose. By the end of the series, participants will leave with a clearer understanding of what they want out of love—romantically, spiritually, socially, and within family—and how to practice it in ways that are sustainable and whole.
Love in Practice is open to anyone seeking deeper connection, healthier relationships, and a more grounded way to love. Come as you are. Bring your questions, your stories, your senses, and your heart. Together, we’ll redefine love—not just as something we feel, but as something we live.
