Love Smarter: Dating, Friendships & Boundaries
Presented by Sierra, Women’s Center of Brevard
Healthy relationships begin with healthy boundaries. In this engaging and informative session, Sierra will explore how to navigate dating and friendships when positive relationship models may be limited. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, she will discuss how to identify relationship red flags, better understand unhealthy behaviors, and recognize the key characteristics of healthy versus unhealthy relationship dynamics. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to establish and maintain boundaries with confidence.
Somatic Breathwork for Stress Relief & Nervous System Regulation
Facilitated by Dori Grace
Just as horses flourish in environments where they feel safe and regulated, our bodies also benefit from intentional moments of restoration. Dori Grace will guide participants through gentle, evidence-informed breathwork techniques designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, release stored tension, and promote a greater sense of balance and well-being.
