Refund Policy
We strive to accommodate refund requests transparently and fairly. Please review our event policies below:
- Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that the expo is cancelled, a full refund will be issued to all ticket holders.
- Postponement/Rescheduling: If the event is rescheduled or postponed, a refund may be granted, excluding standard Eventbrite processing fees.
- Sponsorship Tiers: Sponsored tickets may be partially refunded on a case-by-case basis, depending on whether marketing assets, digital advertisements, or print media services have already been rendered.
