Loughcrew’s much-loved light experience returns this year with a fresh new approach! As darkness falls, join us for a magical evening at Loughcrew Gardens, where nature takes centre stage. Wander along a beautifully illuminated pathway, discover glowing trees, and experience the natural beauty of our gardens. From twinkling lights to enchanting installations, the gardens come alive after dark, creating a memorable experience for the whole family to enjoy.
This year, we’re keeping things simple, celebrating the beauty of nature, the magic of light, and the joy of spending time together. Our light experience focuses on the trees, gardens, and peaceful surroundings of Loughcrew in a more natural and relaxed way.
Our aim is to make the experience more affordable while still offering a memorable evening filled with atmosphere, wonder, and festive cheer. Whether you’re planning a family outing, bringing the children, or simply looking for something special to enjoy on a winter evening, Loughcrew is the perfect setting to slow down, wrap up warm, and experience the beauty of the outdoors after dark.
Bring your camera to capture the illuminated trees, glowing pathways, and special moments along the way. Take your time, explore the gardens at your own pace, and enjoy a winter evening surrounded by nature and light.
We look forward to welcoming you to Loughcrew for another beautiful season of lights, celebrating nature, the outdoors, and the magic of winter evenings in the gardens.
