Loud Flower (formerly The Haze) is a genre-blending band, hatched in Santa Cruz and then reborn in Nevada City, CA, in 2022. This trio indulges in sexy originals inspired by blues, surf rock, reggae, ska, psyche rock, grunge, rockabilly and more. We’re talking about heart-throbbing rock ‘n roll that lights up the party. Members Chase Haze (vocals, guitar), Amanda Haze (drums, vocals), and Carl Atilano (bass, guitar, backup vocals) bring a unique energy, switching instruments mid-show for a dynamic experience that keeps you on your toes. Surging from the release of their debut album, the band is ready to conquer the world!Brace yourselves for the shattering of the vibe-o-meter as Bahena makes its Crazy Horse debut. This Sacramento-based indie/pop/rock band is tapped into something special that must be seen live to truly be grasped. Led by the irresistibly charismatic presence of Jorell Bahena on vocals and guitar, this band captures a retro 80s/early 90s spirit while revealing a brazen originality. Oozing with sex appeal and the sort of rapturous soul ignition that makes you want to get down in the backseat of a convertible, Bahena takes hold from the first note and never lets go.
Matching sizzling showmanship with sharp musicianship and songwriting that would’ve made you graffiti the lyrics under a bridge in high school, the band’s trajectory is headed skyward. Their impactful set at High Sierra Music Festival this summer raised eyebrows. They would’ve blown up on MTV if that was still a thing, but look no further than the 43K views on Bahena’s “Running Out of Time” video to see how fans are buzzing around this unique talent.
