The Lotus Goddess Retreat: The Soul Journey is an intimate retreat for just 10 women, combining spiritual practice, intuitive exploration and guided past-life regression.
Each Soul Journey explores a different theme, giving you an opportunity to look beneath your present-day experiences and explore the deeper patterns, relationships, gifts and lessons your soul may carry.
Your retreat experience includes:
- Gentle Hatha yoga to ground and reconnect with your body
- Guided meditation and intention setting
- A teaching and discussion centered around the month's Goddess theme
- An interactive card reading circle where participants practice giving and receiving intuitive messages
- A guided group past-life regression
- Time for journaling, reflection and optional sharing following your journey
- A deeply relaxing sound bath to support integration
- Closing Goddess circle
No previous experience with meditation, tarot or past-life regression is necessary.
Past-life regression is a deeply personal experience. Some participants experience vivid imagery or memories, while others receive feelings, symbols, emotions or intuitive impressions.
There is no expectation of what you "should" experience. You are simply invited to remain curious about whatever arises.
Space is intentionally limited to 10 women, allowing us to create a comfortable, supportive and personal retreat environment.
Bring a yoga mat, journal, water and anything that helps you feel comfortable while lying down for meditation and regression.
