About your yogini guide: Lalita has trained in India and Indonesia in hatha, ashtanga vinyasa yoga, tao tantric facilitation, dance, personal training and has 15+ years in thai massage, energy healing, is a 2nd generation disciple in heavenly essence qi gong and brings a wealth of wisdom, warmth and love in each session, event and class she leads. All are welcome.
