Interest in plant medicine, psychedelic research, and alternative approaches to mental and emotional wellbeing has grown dramatically in recent years. Yet meaningful transformation depends on far more than a substance alone. Preparation, intention, environment, skilled facilitation, nervous system regulation, and thoughtful integration all play an essential role in determining whether an experience becomes truly transformative.
Go to Linktree to Learn about Dr. Courtni's nackground in Native American Ceremony of 25 years, including multiple Plant Medicines, and doctoral research on the human nervous system. Enjoy a simulated psychedelic journey which is safe, non substacnce, and teaches how to access your inner powers.
In this engaging two-hour educational masterclass, Dr. Courtni Hale explores the history, cultural traditions, emerging science, and practical considerations surrounding plant medicine and psychedelic experiences. Topics include neuroplasticity, microdosing, ceremonial traditions, the role of set and setting, the importance of integration, and what current research suggests about how non-ordinary states of consciousness may influence the brain, body, and psyche.
The program concludes with an immersive sound experience demonstrating how rhythm, music, and intentional sensory environments can influence awareness and support regulation—illustrating many of the same principles without the use of substances.
This class is intended for educational purposes and welcomes healthcare professionals, therapists, educators, wellness practitioners, and anyone interested in the evolving science of consciousness, healing, and human potential.
