Lost Pavements – a first of its kind musical voyage between Newcastle, Western Sydney and Wollongong – kicks off at 43 Bolton St, Newcastle on Friday, 6 November.Tracing touring routes that are often overlooked, Lost Pavements is about uncovering lost pathways: strengthening the connections between neighbouring music communities and giving artists practical experience of what it means to take their music beyond their own city.
Featuring a lineup of emerging acts from each city, we bring together dreamy bedroom pop artist Chris Vincent, indie gem Keens & experimental folk-jazz act Zeal.H.
Lost Pavements is an ode to these artists' home cities, but also a necessary bridge between our state's diverse music communities, through real-life connection and the infectious buzz from uncovering and investing in homegrown music.
