Lost at Sea: The Captain's Call
Your group is stranded at sea with limited supplies and an uncertain rescue window. Everyone first ranks the available resources alone, then teams must agree on a shared survival plan while explaining their trade-offs. Midway through, the moderator introduces changing conditions and incomplete information that force a rethink. The focus is not on memorising survival facts; it is on decision-making, listening, persuasion and how groups respond under pressure.
