Whether you've experienced a recent loss or are coping with one from the past, this event is a safe space to share, heal, and find support. Don't face the holidays alone - join us for an afternoon of reflection, connection, and healing.

About the Facilitator
Loss and the Holidays is facilitated by Janet Rhue Bell, M.Ed, LPC. Janet has 20 years of experience counseling in schools, inpatient and outpatient psychiatric hospitals, and in private practice. She owns Mountains & Sandcastles, LLC a private practice that focuses on individual counseling, group counseling, and educational workshops.
