Walk Stronger. Build Strength. Ruck with YVO at Loopwell.
You’re not meant to walk alone. Join the YVO and Loopwell communities for a free morning of movement and connection. We’ll kick things off with wellness shots at Loopwell, head right across the street to Glenfield Park for a guided ruck, then gather back at Loopwell for coffee and conversation.
YVO is redefining the everyday walk with its women-designed Warrior Vest, adding intentional weight to help support bone health, strength, and longevity. By turning a familiar daily habit into a more purposeful practice, YVO empowers women to build strength with every step.
New to rucking? It’s simply walking with added weight. Come as you are, and we’ll show you the rest.
